Thom is a lawyer practicing in the areas of estate planning and probate, guardianship, trust and fiduciary litigation.  He received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1977.  He has taught as an adjunct professor at both the University of Oklahoma School of Law and Oklahoma City University School of Law, has made frequent presentations for the Oklahoma Bar Association, and has assisted in drafting legislation relating to his fields of practice.  His office is in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.\n
