DESCRIPTION:\nFor this first meeting, we will be partnering with the Oklahoma Association of Charitable Gift Planners.  This partnership is to create a one-hour CLE for the membership of the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council and the Oklahoma Association of Charitable Gift Planners regarding the creative uses (e.g., business exit planning & noncash assets) of Charitable Remainder Trusts.  The presentation will be a panel discussion led by attorney Tyler Barrett Norman of Barrett Legacy Estate Solutions.  Panelists are Jesse Chapel, Hartzog Conger Cason, Kendra Robben, Robben Law, and Christin Mugg, OCU School of Law, and of Counsel for Phillips Murrah, followed by our Annual Meeting and regular programming.
